CaravanWright.com Refund Policy:
1) Products can be returned or the buyer can require a replacement within 14 days after delivery because of following reason:
-The product does not match the description on the site (appearance, color, size, material, brand, etc.);

2) Requirements for return of products:
-Return is possible if the product was not used and keeps original look.
-Products must be returned in full package.
-When you receive the parcel, please check its integrity. If the outer package is damaged or has a trace of the opening, please refuse to sign on the receipt form.

3) Refund of products that was not received:
If you did not receive the parcel within the time limit, please contact CaravanWright.com customer service and issue a request for a refund. After receiving the application, we will carefully check and examine your situation. If it will be confirmed that you did not received the product due to logistics problems, you will receive a refund to your account within 7-15 days from the date of the refund application.

Procedure for return of products and money
The buyer must apply for a return of products or money by contacting customer service of the site, your application will be considered within 1-2 working days. After checking all the information, the buyer must complete the shipment within 10 days and provide us with all the information about the shipment (track number and invoice number).If the buyer don’t want the item for personal reason,return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
